  Wonderful caring staff and beautiful facility. The cemetery gardens are so beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend this place.

  My mothers ashes were not ready for the memorial. They never called or mentioned anything until everyone arrived. When we made the arrangements that was what was communicated not sure why it took 5 days for "miscommunication". Needless to say after flying in from California to take her home as that was her dying wish it left an unfortunate ending to what should be a time of closure, honor and respect! How terrible and shame on you heritage for making someone's day of mourning and closure such a negative experience.

  Keith Baker and his staff were most caring and supportive during the loss of my mother in July and then my dad in December. From personal experience, I would recommend Heritage Funeral Home to anyone.
